Martin Kaymer’s Tennis Ball Drill to Improve Your Swing

Many if us have played other sports before taking on the challenge of golf. We bring many of those skills to the game without being aware of it. These skills are helpful. If we already have many skills why is golf so difficult? Why are we always looking for the one little tip that will fix our game for good? For example: they say the weight transfer when hitting a ball in tennis is similar to the weight transfer hitting the ball in golf. Or the wrist action in hockey and lacrosse is similar to the wrist action in golf. I have selected today a drill that Martin Kaymer is given credit for developing with a tennis ball. Give it a try, you may like it.
